尊敬的 专家/教授：
为了加强国内外康复医学领域的合作与交流，促进世界康复事业的迅速发展，由中国康复研究中心主办的第八届北京国际康复论坛拟于2013年9月在北京国家会议中心举行。
近年来我们曾成功地举办了第一至第七届北京国际康复论坛，中国康复研究中心作为国内康复领域的示范窗口和资源中心成功地为大家搭建了一个观摩、学习和交流的平台。本届康复论坛将围绕神经康复、脊髓损伤康复、儿童康复、骨与关节康复、内科慢性疾病康复、康复治疗技术、康复信息、康复工程、康复管理与康复心理等专业领域的最新研究和动态进行广泛地交流，以此增进友谊、加强合作，共同推动世界康复医学的进步与发展。
欢迎国内外医学同仁参会并踊跃投稿。来稿要求：未在杂志上公开发表的康复医学领域最新研究成果，具有较强的科学性、先进性和实用性，论点鲜明、结构严谨、真实可靠；投稿须提交全文及800字以下的中英文摘要各一份，摘要按照“目的、方法、结果、结论”形式撰写，并在文后注明作者的姓名、单位、职务/职称、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话及E-mail地址，登陆网上投稿系统，按步骤进行注册投稿（网址rehabbj.dconference.cn）。大会发言代表还须于会前提交中、英文多媒体幻灯片。征文截止日期为2013年7月31日，优秀论文可推荐在《中国康复理论与实践》杂志发表。
参会代表可寄回执单或进行电话注册，以便提前安排住宿。普通代表注册费1200元（包括会务费、资料费和餐费），2013年7月31日前注册可享受优惠价1000元，交通、住宿费用自理。

(The first announcement)
Dear Dr. /Prof. :
In order to enhance cooperation and promote exchanges in the field of rehabilitation medicine in China and abroad, to accelerate development of international rehabilitation cause, the 8thBeijing International Forum on Rehabilitation sponsored by China Rehabilitation Research Center (CRRC) will be held in September 13-15, 2013 in China National Convention Center, Beijing.
In the past few years, we have held the annual Beijing International Forum on Rehabilitation for seven times with great success. As an established model for rehabilitation institutions and the resource center for the rehabilitation cause, CRRC provides a platform for observation, learning and communication. This forum will display the latest research results and developments in professional fields including Neurorehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Osteoarthropathy Rehabilitation, Medical Chronic Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Treatment Technology, Rehabilitation Information & Engineering, Rehabilitation Management, Psychological Rehabilitation and so on. The conference provides a chance for the participants to share information and experience, which will strengthen friendship, promote cooperation and together we can make more contributions to the advancement of the global rehabilitation medicine.

Call for papers (for foreigners)
You are welcome to submit your papers in English to our forum.
1. The submitted articles should be research articles on latest achievement in rehabilitation medicine that has not been published in any magazines.
2. Abstract should include “Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion”. The abstract should not exceed the limit of 800 words. Speakers should submit PowerPoint slides in electronic form within 4 weeks prior to the conference (preferably in both Chinese and English).
3. Name (s) of author (s), place of work, professional title / position, address, zip code, telephone number and email address should be included at the end of the abstract.
4. Registration and login are required to submit abstract by sending the electronic version of article in Word format.
5. The deadline for submission is: 31 Jul. 2013. Distinguished papers will be recommended to be published on “Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice”.
